Returns & Refund Policy

At Pure Artisan Labs, our products are crafted in small batches with care, intention, and attention to quality. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, opened, used, or delivered.

All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or resolution at our discretion.

Custom & Private Label Orders

All custom, wholesale, and private label orders are final sale. Because these products are made specifically for your brand or business, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if production or fulfillment has not yet started. Once an order is in process, it cannot be canceled.
