Standard ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom, wholesale, and private label orders require additional production time. Timelines will vary depending on product type, order size, packaging needs, and current production schedule.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
For wholesale or private label orders, shipping costs may be quoted separately depending on the size and nature of the order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, Pure Artisan Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery interruptions outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pure Artisan Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Custom & Private Label Shipping
